SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges on items that have been returned within the first 30 days of the original purchase date. To return or exchange an item download and follow the instructions on the Returns and Exchanges form at the bottom of the page then mail the item back to us along with the Returns & Exchanges form.

Most refunds are processed the same day we receive them, but during busy times please allow 1-3 business days. All refunds will exclude the shipping fees unless we shipped the incorrect item.
To exchange an item simply download the Returns & Exchanges form at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions found on the form. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund and send you a notification email. If you are exchanging an item you then can place a new order for the correct item.

We ship orders each morning around 10:00 am MST. If you place an order you usually have until 10:00 am the next business day to contact us before your order is shipped. If an order cancellation is requested after the package has already left our facility you'll need to follow the returns instructions above.
Any orders placed after 10:00 am MST Friday will most likely ship Monday at 10:00 am MST.
